Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age required in your country) to use VIBE — AI Video Generator. If you use VIBE on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the VIBE — AI Video Generator app and website for personal or internal business use, subject to these Terms, the rules of the App Store and Google Play, and applicable law.

VIBE lets you create AI videos from prompts, photos, and images using third-party AI video models. Subject to these Terms and the licensing notes shown inside the VIBE app for each AI model, you may use the AI videos you generate for your own personal or business projects.

You are responsible for the prompts, photos and images you upload, for confirming you have the rights to use them, and for confirming that your use of the resulting AI video complies with applicable law and platform policies.

Some AI video models have additional restrictions (for example: not using the AI video for political advertising, deepfakes of real people, or commercial campaigns without an upgraded license). Those restrictions are shown inside the app and apply to your use of that AI video model.

You agree not to use VIBE — AI Video Generator to:

• Create non-consensual sexual content, sexual content involving minors, or content that sexualizes real people without consent.
• Create AI videos that impersonate real people in ways likely to mislead.
• Generate content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, or designed to incite violence.
• Bypass safety, billing, or rate-limit controls or attempt to reverse-engineer the AI video models.
• Infringe intellectual property rights or violate publicity, privacy, or platform rules.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

VIBE offers free and paid tiers. Subscriptions and AI video credits are managed through the App Store, Google Play, or RevenueCat. Refunds are handled by the relevant store under their own policies.

VIBE relies on third-party services including RevenueCat, Firebase, Google AdMob, OpenAI, Microsoft Azure, Replicate, Fal.ai, Google Analytics and Meta Pixel. Their availability, pricing, and policies are outside our control and may change. The AI video models VIBE supports (Sora 2, Google Veo 3.1, Kling, WAN, Hailuo, Seedance, PixVerse, LTX, Vidu, Luma Ray Flash, Grok Imagine, Pruna and others) are operated by their respective providers.

VIBE — AI Video Generator is provided "as is". AI video output may vary in quality, accuracy, and realism depending on the input photo, prompt and AI model. We do not guarantee viral performance, specific creative results, or that AI videos will be free from artifacts. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rocket Digital Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our aggregate liability for direct damages is limited to the amount you paid for VIBE in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 50, whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rocket Digital Limited and its affiliates from claims arising out of your use of VIBE, your AI-generated videos, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

You may stop using VIBE — AI Video Generator at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if continuing to provide the service to you would expose us to legal or operational risk.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of VIBE after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. The courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws say otherwise.
